Momo (Dumplings)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"284\" height=\"178\" src=\"https:\/\/indianonly.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image.jpeg\" alt=\"Dumplings\" class=\"wp-image-970\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Momos<\/strong>&nbsp;are basically steamed&nbsp;<strong>dumplings<\/strong>&nbsp;made of flour dough with fillings. The fillings can be meat of different kinds or mixed vegetables like cabbages, winter squash, carrots, onions, ginger, and sometimes cheese and cottage cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>2. The dish is made especially for rice lovers, as it is made through fermented rice and then deep-fried. The dish is perfect for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, since it can be eaten with a potato curry or even a meat accompaniment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>3. This protein-rich super food is also a good source of soluble fibers and vitamins.&nbsp;It is similar to Japanese natto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>5. The bread or the pastry is stuffed with a mixture of ground beef, cabbage, and spices. It is then folded into semi-circles and finally deep-fried to perfection. Vegetarians and vegans can relish the Tofu version and enjoy their food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>6. Dal Bhat is a staple food in Sikkim which is served with tarkari (vegetable curry) or meat and chutney.
